The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is RUTHIE, a 2 and a half year old female Saint Bernard mix. She is a 75 pound dog with a love for people. She knows basic commands and is great with kids. Ruthie would like to be the only pet in the house but depending on the other pet she may be able to share the spotlight.
