The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is RANGER, a l.8 year old black/white/tan male border collie mix. Volunteers say he is young, sweet, and has a great personality. He weighs 46 pounds and is smart, great on a leash and good with other dogs.
