The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (DEI) at Clatsop Community College will host a showing of the documentary Buffalo Soldiers: Fighting on Two Fronts on June 9, 2022. CCC is located at 1651 Lexington Ave., in Astoria. The 58 minute film will be shown in Columbia Hall, Room 219 at 5:30p.m. followed by a community conversation hosted by Ron Craig, filmmaker, author and Executive Director of the Astoria International Film Festival. The film and talk are free to attend and open to the general public. The event will follow all current state required Covid safe protocols and will be mask friendly.
