Seaside City Councilor Tita Montero will host “Coffee with a Councilor” on the fourth Thursday of each month from 10 to 11 a.m. at Bagels by the Sea, located at 210 S. Holladay. This is a casual monthly opportunity to discuss city projects, plans and life in Seaside.
