Come experience the excitement as local chefs battle it out for the coveted Iron Chef title. This year with a secret ingredient twist! Each chef will open a black box of multiple secret ingredients which all must be used in the final dish.
Simultaneously, over a dozen local restaurants will vie to win over the palates of attendees via the “People’s Choice” competition. The top two will take on this year’s Iron Chef winner at next year’s competition. To top it all off, the “Dessert” competition will give one lucky winner the ultimate bragging rights of “Best Dessert of Clatsop County”.
