The 23rd Annual Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival is August 25, 26, & 27, 2023.  The Festival brings together 17 jazz, blues, and gospel bands, 60 Northwest wines, 20 fine artists, and local cuisine.  It is “…the largest festival of its kind in the Northwest…” (ABC TV KATU 2, Portland, OR).  GRAMMY-winning and nationally acclaimed headline bands include: Spyro Gyra, Blind Boys of Alabama, Tommy Castro & the Painkillers, saxophonist Grace Kelly, virtuoso banjo player Alison Brown Quartet, blues guitarist Sue Foley, New Orleans-based Bonerama Brass Band, and The Pascal Bokar Afro Blue Grazz Band.  Northwest jazz and blues bands include Norman Sylvester Band, Bottleneck Blues Band, The Ne Plus Ultra Jass Orchestra, and others.  The Festival is held at Esther Short Park in Vancouver.  For details call the Festival office at 360-906-0441 or visit www.vancouverwinejazz.com.
