North Clatsop County Candidates Forum Live 7pm, Tuesday October 6, South County 6pm, Thursday, October 8

A north Clatsop County Candidates Forum will be held live online via a Facebook live feed, also on the KMUNtv YouTube channel at 7pm, Tuesday, October 6th. The invited candidates for State Representative District 32 are Debbie Boothe-Schmidt and Suzanne Weber; For 2 seats on Astoria City Council, Ward 2 (Tom Brownson and Floyd Holcomb) and Ward 4.(Tom Hilton, Lisa Morley and Joshua Conklin) The forum will be hosted by the American Association of University Women (AAUW) Astoria Branch, in collaboration with Clatsop Community College (CCC), The Astorian, and Coast Community Radio (KMUN). Clatsop Community College President Chris Breitmeyer will be the moderator. The forum will be conducted via a Facebook Live feed and the community will be able to view the Forum online in real time both on Facebook live and on the KMUNtv YouTube channel. The deadline for audience submission of questions for candidates has passed. An audio only version of the forum will air Wednesday, October 7, from 6 – 8 pm – on KMUN radio, and also stream online at coast radio dot org. The forum will also be uploaded and available on the KMUNtv YouTube channel.
