WSU Master Gardeners Foundation of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties are sponsoring our fourth plant clinic and information center for 2026 on Saturday, August 15th, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum in the museum’s parking lot. The museum is located on 115 SE Lake Street in Ilwaco. We will be there to address your plant questions, concerns, and suggestions.
If you have questions such as:
• What are the optimum soil temperature conditions for vegetable seed germination?
• My one rhododendron is wilting and dying. What’s wrong?
• Moss is all over my lawn. What moss killer can I use?
• What tomato plants work best in a cool marine environment?
• When is the best time of your to prune?
We can help you! Stop by anytime between 10 am and 2 pm. Bring samples if you can.
Also, Master Gardener Mike Karvia will demonstrate how to sharpen your garden tools. Bring your dull garden tools to learn how to effectively and safely sharpen them! From 10 am to 2 pm in the museum parking lot.
