All are invited to an evening of art, delight, and entertainment for 8X8 Bring a Date on Saturday, June 7th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Enjoy an assortment of beverages and chocolates along with savory bites while listening to live music. Guests will receive exclusive access to silent auction and raffle items available only during the party.

Join us for the 2nd annual CREATE 8X8, a benefit exhibition supporting Astoria Visual Arts, June 5th to June 8th. Artists of all backgrounds and working in all media are invited to participate by creating original works on 8”x8” panels. AVA provides wood panels, or artists are welcome to use their own 8”x8” substrate. 3D works are also welcome, as long as they fit within 8”x8”x8”. Artists can choose whether to donate all proceeds or receive a percentage of the sale. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, all donations are tax-deductible. To participate, stop by AVA at 1000 Duane Street in Astoria during open hours, Friday to Sunday, 11:00am – 3:00pm, or email astoriavisualarts@gmail.com.
