DESCRIPTION:All are invited to an evening of art\, delight\, and entertainm
 ent for 8X8 Bring a Date on Saturday\, June 7th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Enj
 oy an assortment of beverages and chocolates along with savory bites while
  listening to live music. Guests will receive exclusive access to silent a
 uction and raffle items available only during the party.\nBidding on 8X8s 
 closes at 3:00pm on Sunday\, June 8th—don’t miss your chance to take h
 ome a unique piece of art and support AVA!\nJoin us for the 2nd annual CRE
 ATE 8X8\, a benefit exhibition supporting Astoria Visual Arts\, June 5th t
 o June 8th. Artists of all backgrounds and working in all media are invite
 d to participate by creating original works on 8”x8” panels. AVA provi
 des wood panels\, or artists are welcome to use their own 8”x8” substr
 ate. 3D works are also welcome\, as long as they fit within 8”x8”x8”
 . Artists can choose whether to donate all proceeds or receive a percentag
 e of the sale. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit\, all donations are tax-deductible.

 ours\, Friday to Sunday\, 11:00am – 3:00pm\, or email astoriavisualarts@
