Astoria Visual Arts invites the community to Off the Wall, a lively fundraiser that brings together art lovers, supporters, and friends for a night of creativity and celebration on Friday, December 5th. The event will feature two distinct experiences—an early evening Supporters’ Soirée and a Costume Dance Party—both designed to honor the artists and supporters who keep Astoria’s creative spirit thriving.
Guests are encouraged to express their artistic flair through imaginative or art-inspired attire—whether surrealist, abstract, or simply festive. The evening will include food, entertainment, hands-on art activities, games, and raffles, all in support of AVA’s exhibitions, youth programs, and artist residencies.
Proceeds support AVA’s programming including monthly exhibitions, youth-focused initiatives (Art Room, Miss Bea Program, Art Camps), and programs that provide support for artists at every stage of their careers (residencies, Open Studios).
