SUMMARY:AVA Winter Fundraiser: Off the Wall
DESCRIPTION:Astoria Visual Arts invites the community to Off the Wall\, a l
 ively fundraiser that brings together art lovers\, supporters\, and friend
 s for a night of creativity and celebration on Friday\, December 5th. The 
 event will feature two distinct experiences—an early evening Supporters
 ’ Soirée and a Costume Dance Party—both designed to honor the artists
  and supporters who keep Astoria’s creative spirit thriving.\nGuests are
  encouraged to express their artistic flair through imaginative or art-ins
 pired attire—whether surrealist\, abstract\, or simply festive. The even
 ing will include food\, entertainment\, hands-on art activities\, games\, 
 and raffles\, all in support of AVA’s exhibitions\, youth programs\, and
  artist residencies.\nProceeds support AVA’s programming including month
 ly exhibitions\, youth-focused initiatives (Art Room\, Miss Bea Program\, 
 Art Camps)\, and programs that provide support for artists at every stage 
 of their careers (residencies\, Open Studios).\nPurchase tickets here:\nht

 party from 5:00pm to 7:00pm that includes live jazz by Joey Altruda and Di

 so enjoy a surreal photo booth\, art activities\, raffles\, and creative s
 urprises throughout the evening. Tickets are $100.\nAs the night unfolds\,
  the gallery transforms into a vibrant dance floor from 7:00pm to 10:00pm 
 with DJ Atlas curating an eclectic mix of world music. Admission is $20. A
 VA members and art donors receive complimentary entry. Tickets are availab
 le here soon and at the door.
