The multi-instrumentalists Gabrielle Macrae and Barry Southern weave a sound of early Appalachian fiddle and banjo music, country, classic bluegrass and original folk. They recently released a new album, In The West, a set of moving songs with dynamic instrumentals, recorded at Rope Room Studios in Astoria.
