The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is ERNESTINE, an 8 year old tuxedo female cat. She came to the shelter as a stray. She is a bit reserved but is coming out of her shell. She loves head rubs. She’s a polydactyl cat who has thumbs.
