Astoria welcomes back Hideki Yamaya in a program from the first golden age of lute music. This is some of the most sophisticated yet approachable, and imaginative music written for the lute. Composers represented include Joan Ambrosio Dalza, Francesco da Milano, and Giovanni Antonio Terzi.
