The Astoria Railroad Preservation Association will hold an Open House on Sunday, September 21st from noon to 5:00pm.
We will open the Steam Locomotive Restoration Shop to give the public an opportunity to view the progress we have made restoring locomotive #21 to running condition.
Open to all ages, the event starts at noon and will run until 5:00pm. There will be a free barbecue for everyone’s enjoyment.
Come see the machinery, tools, and crew dedicated to restoring this historic beauty. The Steam Locomotive Restoration Shop is located at 446 West Marine Drive in Astoria.
