The Northwest Piano Trio returns to Cannon Beach at 3:00p.m., Sunday, Oct. 29th to perform “What She Has to Say,” featuring music written by women performed by women. The concert will be held at Cannon Beach Community Church, 132 E. Washington St. in Cannon Beach. This is a part of the 6th Annual Cannon Beach Steinway Concert Series. The concert features music by three women composers, including Elfrida Andree’, Jennifer Higdon, and Clara Schumann. The Northwest Piano Trio includes Esther Shim on violin, Hannah Hillebrand on Cello, and pianist Stephanie Smith performing on the Community Church Steinway Model B seven-foot grand piano. The Northwest Piano Trio, founded in 2014, is based in Portland, Oregon. The concert is free and open to the public. Donations to support Northwest Piano Trio may be given at the door.
