In this two day workshop you will learn how to make impressions come to life using plant materials and sunlight. With the help of spices, herbs, vinegars and water, the plants chemically combine their individual chemistry with the chemistry of photographic paper resulting in an unpredictable and lovely lumen photograph. Julie is a cross-disciplinary artist specializing in lens-based mediums, seamlessly blending collage, lumen, photo-gravure, and intaglio printing.
