The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is Toby, a black 2 year old male Labrador Retriever mix. He came to the shelter as a stray and gets along well with other dogs. He is energetic and playful but needs someone that can be patient with him. Come meet him.
