The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is PURR-SEPHONE, an 8 year old female black cat. She lost her owner and the shelter discovered she has a nerve disorder called hyperesthesia…..sensitive nerves on her backside.. She loves to be petted just not on the hindquarters. She would love to come hang out with you….come meet her.
