The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is ECHO, a 2 year old male black/white tuxedo cat. He has a calm and quiet demeanor. His favorite thing is to ‘make biscuits’……come meet this big boy today. He’s currently residing at Riverdog in Astoria.
