The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is RAMONA, a l year old female all black cat who came to the shelter as a stray. Volunteers say she is soft, loving, and enjoys pets. She was rescued from the streets with injuries on her face. She is starting to come around and will be a great pet. Come meet her.
