The public is invited to the Brownfield Assessment Program kick-off meeting 5:30 p.m. Thursday, February 23 in the Guy Boyington Building or virtually. This meeting is free and open to the public. A brownfield is a property where expansion, redevelopment, or reuse is complicated by the presence or suspected presence of contamination.
Attendees will learn about program goals as well as how property owners can benefit from these grant funds.
Beyond our County’s economic development and housing goals, we look to use the grant to maintain and improve the natural environment that makes Clatsop County a beautiful area in which to live and visit.
