The Clatsop County Animal Shelter is over capacity and we are looking for people willing to foster dogs and cats on a short-term basis. You must be a resident of Clatsop County and a shelter volunteer – that’s easily accomplished. Contact Noelle at volunteer@dogsncats.org for more information.
