Cannon Beach Gallery presents “Hafu Potter – Random Yokai,” a new winter exhibition opening December 14th and running through January 4th. Experience the imaginative ceramics of Randy McClelland, inspired by the supernatural beings of Japanese folklore, shown alongside watercolor sumi paintings by artist Tom Grogg.

McClelland’s wood-fired vessels bring yokai to life through storytelling, tradition, and the unpredictable beauty of flame, while Grogg’s sumi paintings explore color and narrative through a classic brush technique. Together, their work creates a playful and mysterious world of culture, craft, and creativity.
