Lucy’s Books, 951 Commercial St., Astoria is hosting a launch party for the new book, Hammers and Homicide by Paula Charles, on Saturday, February 10th at 2:30pm. Hammers and Homicide is the first book in the Hometown Hardware Mystery series and is the debut novel for author Paula Charles, a former Astoria resident.
