The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is PHOENIX a 9 year old male all black cat. He is a big cat ready to warm laps and get all the head rubs you can provide. He is understandably a bit confused but welcomes all the love and attention he gets from the volunteers.
