The Featured Pet of the Week for the Clatsop County Animal Shelter is GUPPY a one year old male tabby cat. This cat was recently rescued off the street and is looking for a second chance at love. He is outgoing and ready to make friends. He is a great concersatoinalist and promises to keep all your secrets safe.
