A Winter Solstice reading of gentle and seasonal poems by Astoria poet Florence Sage and Grays River Washington author Robert Michael Pyle. Pyle reads from his new chapbook “The Children of the Night” and four other poem collections. Sage reads from her new book “What to Do with Night,” and two earlier books of poems. The event is on Wednesday, December 21 at 6:30 p.m. in the Flag Room of the Astoria Public Library and closes with a book signing.
