SUMMARY:Small Business Management - Level 2
DESCRIPTION:The Small Business Management Advanced Program (SBM II) is desi
 gned for the owners of businesses who are looking to grow and expand their
  business to the next level and need the tools and guidance on how to succ
 essfully get there. This program is designed for businesses who have eithe
 r successfully completed SBM Level 1 or are well-established (have been in
  business at least 3 years\, have 1 employee beyond the owner\, have acces
 s to company financial records and a strong desire to grow or expand).\nSB
 M’s unique combination of classroom learning\, one-to-one coaching from 
 an advisor\, and networking has one goal: making you and your business mor
 e successful. Over 11 sessions\, the SBM II Program covers management topi
 cs with a customized curriculum and helps you to identify and prioritize o
 utcomes and develop a plan to achieve them.\nClassroom topics will focus o
 n 3 core areas critical to successful business management : Financial Mana
 gement\, Marketing and Leadership. The program will be facilitated by the 
 SBDC and will feature subject matter experts across the 3 core disciplines
 .\nParticipating business owners will benefit from these in-person classro
 om sessions by learning from seasoned professionals. Additionally\, partic
 ipants will benefit from a Mastermind-style approach that encourages peer-
 to-peer learning\, sharing\, brainstorming\, peer accountability and suppo
 rt to strengthen business acumen and interpersonal skills. Each business i
 s assigned a professional small business advisor to support growth and dev
 elopment coaching by a professional business advisor\, with a focus on the
 ir individual goals for this year.\nProgram begins October 29th and meets 
 for 11 sessions from 3:00pm to 5:30pm\, ending April 15th\, 2026.\nBusines
 s advising appointments are tailored to your schedule.\nTotal Fee: $899
