The North Coast Watershed Association (NCWA) will host our winter River Council Meetings indoors at the Brownsmead Grange, Astoria Library, and Warrenton Library. We will meet the second Tuesday of even-numbered months from 5:30-6:30, starting October 13th at the Brownsmead Grange.
If you’re curious about local ecology, habitat restoration, water quality, salmon, or other environmental issues join us for a conversation!
