 ert on Sunday\, June 9th at 2:00pm. Sunday Afternoon Live is pleased and p
 roud to welcome back this stellar ensemble\, officially known as the Depar
 tment of Washington\nAmerican Legion Band. The band is 99 years strong\, a
 nd is the official band for the American Legion. It is one of only three s
 tate Department bands currently active in the United States (the\nother tw
 o serving Missouri and Louisiana). The American Legion Band is composed of
  civilians\, mostly nonveterans. These band members travel on their own to
  venues and perform free\nconcerts to inspire their audiences and honor ou
 r military.\nThe American Legion Band is sure to inspire and entertain! Th
 ey have performed themes from the Marvel Universe films\, movie soundtrack
 s\, and Broadway. They will raise the roof with an\nawe-inspiring repertoi
 re of marches and patriotic songs. And no performance could be complete wi
 thout their unforgettable salute to our armed forces—a medley of the off
 icial themes\nof the military branches. The Department of Washington Ameri
 can Legion Band will perform at the historic Raymond\nTheatre (323 3rd St\
 , Raymond\, WA) on Sunday\, June 9th\, at 2:00 PM. This is a free concert
