DESCRIPTION:Continuing on Wednesday\, May 27th the Seaside Public Library w
 ill be hosting the fourth of a six-session series of Qigong (aka Chi Kung)
  classes moderated by local River Gibeaut. The classes are scheduled for t
 he 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month through June with each 90-minute cla
 ss starting at 5:00pm.\nGibeaut has studied\, practiced\, and taught qigon
 g for more than 35 years. These classes will focus on simple\, easy-to-lea
 rn healing techniques that anyone can understand and practice. The methods
  are highly effective and can help students reduce their own pain as well 
 as assist others who may be experiencing discomfort.\nUnlike practices suc
 h as tai chi\, these classes do not involve external movements. Instead\, 
 the techniques focus on guiding your awareness through the body to generat
 e and strengthen your energy—known as qi or qigong—and learning how to
  project that energy for healing purposes.\nSpace is limited and sign-ups
