SUMMARY:Pacific County Master Gardener Pruning Workshop\, Plant Clinic and 
 Tool Sharpening
DESCRIPTION:The WSU Master Gardeners of Pacific County begin their thirteen
 th year of sponsoring a series of gardening workshops in conjunction with 
 the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum in Ilwaco. The intent of this joint v
 enture is to renovate and maintain a Pacific County Master Gardener demons
 tration garden at the Museum. The Museum is located on 115 SE Lake Street.
  The Museum Discovery Garden is located behind the Museum's parking lot.\n
 On Saturday\, February 22nd\, Pacific County Master Gardeners are sponsori
 ng their first 2025 workshop with their ever popular “Pruning Basics”.
   Master Gardener volunteers will demonstrate proper pruning techniques f
 or trees and shrubs as well as demonstrating proper pruning techniques in 
 the museum building. The lecture begins at 11:00am. After the workshop\, a
 nd weather permitting\, you can practice your new pruning skills on the tr
 ees and shrubs in the Museum Discovery Garden. Bring your favorite pruning
  tools and dress for the weather.\nPlant questions or problems? Come ask a
  Master Gardener! Stop by the Museum anytime between 11:00am through 2:00p
 m with your plant questions. If possible\, bring samples of your plant pro
 blem.\nMaster Gardener Mike Karvia will demonstrate how to sharpen your ga
 rden tools. Bring your dull garden tools to learn how to sharpen them effe
 ctively and safely in the Museum! From 11:00am to 2:00pm.\nThe workshop\, 
 plant clinic and tool sharpening are free and open to the public. Join us 
 for education and fun learning about pruning techniques!\nFor more informa
