SUMMARY:North Oregon Coast Symphony Presents 'Echoes of the New World'
DESCRIPTION:NORTH OREGON COAST SYMPHONY PRESENTS TWO CONCERTS IN JUNE\nThe 
 North Oregon Coast Symphony finishes its 2024-2025 season with two concert
 s in June titled “Echoes of the New World.” The programs will feature 
 Antonín Dvořák’s beloved Symphony #9\, also known as the New World Sy
 mphony. Also featured will be two pieces spotlighting NOCS’s graduating 
 high school seniors. Dylan Morrow will be the soloist for Max Bruch’s Ko
 l Nidrei for Cello and Orchestra\, and violinist Audrey Cereghino for Soon
  Hee Newbold’s Invicta. Johann Strauss Jr.’s Emperor Waltz will round 
 out this concert series. The first concert will take place on Saturday\, J
 une 14th at the Nehalem Elementary School Gym (36300 8th St.\, Nehalem\, O
 R) beginning at 3:00pm. The second concert will be on Sunday\, June 15th\,
  at the Charlene Larsen Center for the Performing Arts (588 16th St.\, Ast
 oria\, OR) at 3:00pm.\nAdmission for both concerts will be: $10 Adults\, a
 ges 18 and under FREE (children 12 and under with adult supervision). Tick
 ets will be available at the door for the Nehalem concert (cash and\nperso
 nal checks only.)\nTickets for the Astoria concert will be sold online at 
 charlenelarsencenter.org or by phone at 503-338-9132. Cookies and refreshm
 ents will be available at both concerts during intermission. This non-prof
 it orchestra\, under the direction of conductor Cory Pederson\, brings tog
 ether musicians from the north Oregon and south Washington coast to perfor
