
The North Coast Symphonic Band’s April concert is titled “Jazz, Pop, and Rock & Roll”. It will feature an eclectic mix of music ranging from W.C. Handy to The Beatles and The Who. In addition, the band will be playing selections from Chicago and Duke Ellington. The band be dipping into Dixieland, blues tunes, and will be having a little fun with songs from Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and even The Blues Brothers. Local saxophone quartet Quadrophone will provide prelude music from 1:30 to 1:55 p.m.
