“Hallelujah! A Spring Revival” Concert to benefit the Charlene Larsen Center for the Performing Arts
North Coast Chorale is celebrating and calling out, “Hallelujah!” with a concert dedicated first to spring and second to the Charlene Larsen Center for the Performing Arts. As a member of ‘Partners for the PAC,’ the Chorale is holding this bright and joyful concert as a fundraiser in an effort to continue preservation of the historic building, that the partners endearingly call the Larsen Center, and its continued existence as a community asset committed to the arts.
The “Hallelujah! A Spring Revival” concert will be held on Sunday, April 16th at 4 pm at the Larsen Center, located on the corner of 16th & Franklin, and will include a variety of pieces from Mozart and Mendelssohn to Morten Lauridsen and Karl Jenkins. Selections for this special performance, which were handpicked by some of the longtime chorale members, will surely lift the heart and get those toes tapping. Multiple soloists will be featured, including Chris Lynn Taylor, along with music director Dr. Vincent Jones-Centeno.
Tickets for this event are $20 and can be purchased at www.partnersforthepac.org. Children under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult.
The North Coast Chorale is grateful for the support it receives from the Oregon Arts Commission.
