SUMMARY:Musical Storytime at the North Tillamook Library
DESCRIPTION:Giraffes Can’t Dance! This delightful story by Giles Andreae 
 and Guy Parker-Rees is the focus of the North Oregon Coast Symphony’s Ma
 y Musical Storytime outreach program. This is a free\, hands-on activity f
 or preschoolers. The program will be held at 10:00am Monday\, May 19th at 
 the North Tillamook Library in Manzanita. The outreach program\, for child
 ren ages 2 to 5\, will feature live accompaniment by flute\, percussion\, 
 and brass players.\nGiraffes Can’t Dance is a joyful tale about finding 
 your own rhythm\, inspiration\, and confidence. With vibrant illustrations
  and captivating rhythm\, children will be swaying\, stomping\, and smilin
 g from start to finish.\nAfter the reading each musician will explain a bi
 t more about their respective instrument and demonstrate playing them. The
 n children will have the opportunity to play some different instruments.\n
 These events are planned monthly in partnership between North Oregon Coast
  Symphony\, North Tillamook Library and Astoria\nLibrary. For more informa
