DESCRIPTION:US Coast Guard Air Station Astoria\, Lifeboat Station Cape Disa
 ppointment and Sector Columbia River in assoication with the Astoria Yacht
  Club will host a presentation to prepare recreational boaters for a possi
 ble rescue.  The presentation will be on Saturday\, March 29th from 1:00p
 m to 4:00pm at the Columbia Maritime Museum's Barbey Maritime Center. \nR
 epresentatives of the Coast Guard will present a program designed to famil
 iarize recreational boaters with the Coast Guard's proceedures and capabil
 ities regarding rescues of boats and personnel in the Columbia River estua
 ry and nearshore waters.\nPark on east end of Barbey Center.
