DESCRIPTION:Adam Selzer is a songwriter and producer based in Portland\, Or
 egon. While fronting the band Norfolk &amp\; Western in the early 2000’s
 \, he also ran Type Foundry Recording Studio producing and engineering suc
 h acts as REM\, Peter Buck\, Decemberists\, M. Ward\, Blind Pilot\, Jonath
 an Richman\, Eyelids\, and many more. He released the album\, "Slow Decay"
  in 2000 and his new album\, "Why Medicine" is coming out in November on J
 ealous Butcher Records. \nThe Hackles are a folk collaboration from Astor
 ia\, Oregon. The band is comprised of Kati Claborn\, Luke Ydstie\, and Hal
 li Anderson.  \nPowerful three-part harmonies and an unconventional and n
 uanced use of guitar\, violin\, banjo and clarinet combine to create a com
 pelling and unique blend of folk and Americana.  All three take lead voca
 ls and contribute as songwriters\, imbuing their songs with compassion\, h
 umor and a dark honesty.\nThe band has released four albums\, “The Twili
 ght’s Calling it Quits” (2018)\, “A Dobritch Did as a Dobritch Shoul
 d” (2019)\, “Songs for the Fool” (2022)\, and “What a Beautiful Th
 ing I Have Made” (2023).  They have a decade-plus worth of touring unde
