DESCRIPTION:The Warrenton Community Library is hosting author &amp\; poet J
 ennifer Nightingale at "Library After Dark" on Saturday\, February 8th at 
 4:00pm. Jennifer will share more about her writing process\, read excerpts
  from her works and answer audience questions.\nJennifer Nightingale is a 
 poet\, novelist and short story writer. She is the author of the PNW comin
 g-of-age tale Alberta &amp\; the Spark. There you will meet Alberta Evans 
 and her friend the Spark. You will experience the strength and tensions of
  a coastal community\, oyster stew\, sneaker waves and town bullies.\nNigh
 tingale is also a regular at Ric’s Open Poetry Mic in Astoria on Pier 11
  every first Tuesday. She has read her work in Seattle\, Vancouver\, BC\, 
 Longview Library\, Wrecsam Wales\, FisherPoets Gathering\, Cannon Beach Li
 brary Writers Read\, The Hoffman Center for the Arts and at Trash Tales in
  Tillamook County. She lives in Astoria Oregon with her husband Holt Moore
  and dog Mickey. They can be seen walking the River Beach in search of tra
 sh\, rubber balls and familiar faces.\nAuthor talk starts at 4:00pm\; refr
 eshments and mingling at 5:00pm.\n"Library After Dark" is a monthly PNW au
 thor series. This event is free to attend and is sponsored by the Friends 
 of Warrenton Community Library.
