DESCRIPTION:The Warrenton Community Library is hosting author James A. Twee
 die at "Library After Dark" on Saturday\, February 14th at 4:00pm.\nJames 
 A. Tweedie is a retired pastor\, author\, poet\, photographer and composer
  who has lived and worked in California\, Utah\, Scotland\, Australia\, Ha
 waii\, and presently in Long Beach\, Washington. As a "self-publisher" he 
 has published over 35 titles with Dunecrest Press of which 15 are his own\
 , including six novels\, four collections of poetry\, and one collection o
 f short stories. His award-winning poetry and short stories have appeared 
 nationally and internationally in both online and print anthologies. If so
 meone would pay him\, he would be a professional optimist\, but\, in lieu 
 of a sponsor\, he has been forced to maintain his status as an amateur.\nA
 uthor’s Presentation:\n"Laughing Matters—Poetry\, Prose &amp\; Serious
  Fun"\nWith a focus on poetry and humor\, Tweedie will be sharing the best
  and worst of his poetry along with some selections of prose and a little 
 music to spice things up. And yes\, for St. Valentine’s Day there will b
 e a love poem or two!\nAuthor talk starts at 4:00pm\; refreshments and min
 gling at 5:00pm.  Special thanks to Gaetano's Market &amp\; Deli for spon
 soring the food.
