SUMMARY:Hispanic Latinx Heritage Celebration in Tillamook
DESCRIPTION: Each year from September 15th to October 15th\, our country o
 bserves National Hispanic Heritage Month. During this month\, we recognize
  the contributions and influence of Hispanic and\nLatino/a/x peoples to th
 e history\, culture and achievements of the United States. It’s also a t
 ime to celebrate the heritage\, traditions\, languages and cultures of our
  varied Latinx communities.\nThis year\, Consejo Hispano is happy to annou
 nce that they will be hosting their third Annual Hispanic/Latinx Heritage 
 celebration in Seaside in collaboration with Sunset Empire Park and Recrea
 tion\nDistrict\, and for the first time will also be hosting a celebratory
  event in Tillamook.\nThese are FREE events open to the entire community\,
  providing fun and enjoyment for the whole family! We’ll have dance perf
 ormances\, magic/comedy show\, folk art workshops\, and delicious food and
  beverages for FREE. There will also be a small Artisan Fair where Oregon 
 Latinx artisans will be selling\ntheir creations.\nWe encourage everyone i
 n the community to join us in the celebration of Hispanic/Latinx culture! 
 Consejo Hispano is a Latinx-led nonprofit organization grounded in cultura
 lly-specific practices providing services that support youth\, Latinx\, an
 d families to reach their full potential. We promote community wellbeing b
 y ensuring people can provide for themselves and one another\, build inter
 generational wealth\, and stay connected to our culture. Consejo Hispano s
 erves the counties of Clatsop\, Columbia\,\nand Tillamook in Oregon\, as w
 ell as Pacific County in Washington.\n
