DESCRIPTION:The River City Playhouse will present the play Godspell.\nA sma
 ll group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wi
 de variety of games\, storytelling techniques and a hefty dose of comic ti
 ming. An eclectic blend of songs\, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville
 \, is employed as the story of Jesus' life dances across the stage. Dissol
 ving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion\, Jesus' messages
  of kindness\, tolerance and love come vibrantly to life. \nThe play will
  be on Saturdays and Sundays at 7:00pm from June 12th to June 28th.  Ther
 e will be Sunday matinees on June 14th\, 21st and 28th beginning at 2:00pm
 .\nTickets available at Okies Thiftway\, Bold Gallery\, and Ilwaco Cider C
 o.\nThere will be an opening Gala on Friday\, June 12th.  Doors open at 6
 :00pm.
