 erform Free Concert in the Park on Sunday\, August 17th in Cannon Beach.\n
 Two-time Blues Music Award winning artist Lisa Mann hails from blues-soake
 d Portland\, Oregon. Originally from West Virginia\, Mann’s vocals effor
 tlessly straddle the line between the honey sweet warmth of the south\, an
 d the force-of-nature sound Mann has cultivated by mastering everything fr
 om hard rock to rhythm and blues.\nHer clever blues and Americana balladry
  is complimented by her considerable prowess on bass guitar. Her bass groo
 ves deliver the solidness of a Muscle Shoals Swamper or a Funk Brother.\nL
 isa’s influences run the gamut\, from low down blues sisters Etta James 
 and Koko Taylor\, to singer-songwriters like Bonnie Raitt and R&amp\;B bel
 ters like Little Milton. She writes the majority of her recorded material\
 , and her songs paint pictures of a gritty (and sometimes humorous) person
 al experience in life\, love and the not-always-pretty music business.\nTh
 is free\, family friendly concert begins at 5:00pm. Attendees are encourag
 ed to bring blankets\, low-backed chairs and fully stocked picnic baskets.
 \nThe park is located in downtown Cannon Beach\, northeast of the Chamber 
 of Commerce at 2nd &amp\; Spruce.\nThe concert is produced by the Tolovana
  Arts Colony and made possible by a Community Grant from the City of Canno
