DESCRIPTION:North Coast Chorale will present "Dark Night of the Soul"\, a C
 hristmas concert featuring music by Norweigan-American composer\, Ola Geil
 o with text directly from poetry by St. John of the Cross. It is a self-re
 flective journey featuring piano\, strings\, and haunting voices which ult
 imately arrives with a rewarding resolution in "Luminous Light of the Soul
 ". Performances will be held at the Charlene Larson Center for Performing 
 Arts in Astoria on December 13th at 7:00pm and December 15th at 4:00pm. Ti
 ckets are $17\, with children under 12 free when accompanied by an adult. 
 They are available at the door or via the Chorale website\, www.northcoast
 chorale.org.
