DESCRIPTION:North Coast Chorale will present the "Dark Night of the Soul"\,
  a Christmas concert on Sunday\, December 8th at the Little Island Creamer
 y in Cathlamet\, Washington. The music for this concert by Ola Geilo\, a N
 orweigan-American composer contains text from poetry by St. John of the Cr
 oss. It promotes a self-reflective journey represented by piano\, strings 
 and haunting voices that ultimately has a rewarding resolution with Geilo'
 s "Luminous Light of the Soul". The performance features Director\, Vincen
 t Centeno's student\, Kaleb Brewer. Tickets for this event are $15 and can
  be purchased via Eventbrite or at the door.
