DESCRIPTION:Celebrate spring in this festive Easter Day workshop where stud
 ents will transform everyday egg cartons into charming ceramic keepsakes. 
 Using large slabs of clay\, we’ll press the slabs onto egg cartons to ca
 pture their familiar form\, then flip them and refine the structure to cre
 ate sturdy bases.\nOnce the form is complete\, the surface becomes a canva
 s for fun and creativity—students will adorn their cartons with playful 
 Easter themes\, textures\, and bright underglaze colors. These pieces func
 tion as both sculptural and useful objects\, perfect for holding eggs whil
 e also serving as decorative spring centerpieces or thoughtful seasonal gi
 fts.\nStudents will leave class with their pieces ready for drying and fir
 ing\; finished egg cartons will be available for pickup approximately 3–
 4 weeks later.
