DESCRIPTION:The Cannon Beach Gallery is looking for artists to submit to ou
 r annual Miniature Show!\nThe theme for this year is “About Town\,” en
 couraging artists to capture the essence of Cannon Beach and its surroundi
 ng area. Participants are invited to create pieces that celebrate the beau
 ty and uniqueness of this coastal town along with its natural landscapes.\
 nImportant Dates:\nOct 7th: Enter into the Online Jury Process via the app
 lication form.\nOct 17th: Artists will be notified if selected.\nOct 27th:
  Artwork needs to arrive at the gallery.\nThis year's Miniature Show serve
 s as a fundraiser for Friends of Haystack Rock (FOHR)\, which is celebrati
 ng its 20th Anniversary as a local non-profit. FOHR's mission focuses on c
 onserving Haystack Rock and the Marine Gardens for both current and future
  generations. We encourage artists to consider creating miniature pieces i
 nspired by themes related to Haystack Rock\, Tufted Puffins\, seabirds/sho
 rebirds\, or Tide Pools.\nArtists are also asked to consider donating a po
 rtion of their commission to support Friends of Haystack Rock.\nFor more d
