 day\, December 8th at 7:30pm\nKick off 2025 with this poignant three-perso
 n play that takes the audience on an examination of the US Constitution th
 rough the lens of Heidi looking back on her years as a teen competitor in 
 patriotic debates. Playwright Heidi Schreck\, asks whether this historic d
 ocument should still be used as the base of our nation with wit while exam
 ining its creation from racial and gender biases. The play ends with a deb
 ate (requiring some improv) between Heidi and a teen debater about whether
  to get rid of the constitution or not. The audience decides the outcome a
 nd leaves with their own copies of The Constitution.\nRoles include:\nHEID
 I - adult woman\, portrays her teen &amp\; adult self\, recounts personal 
 experiences\nLEGIONNAIRE - adult man\, leader of the Veterans Hall debate 
 competition\nDEBATER - teen girl\nAuditionees should arrive 10 minutes ear
 ly and bring a list of conflicts between now and February 7th. All levels 
 are welcome to participate\, headshots and resumes are welcome\, but not r
 equired. Please come to the audition with a willingness to play and make b
 ig\, bold choices.\nNEW IN 2026: Actors will receive a stipend\, payable a
 t the end of the show's run.\nAbout the Show:\nPlaywright Heidi Schreck’
 s boundary-breaking play breathes new life into our Constitution and imagi
 nes how it will shape the next generation of Americans. Fifteen-year-old
  Heidi earned her college tuition by winning Constitutional debate compe
 titions across the United States. In this hilarious\, hopeful and achingly
  human new play\, she resurrects her teenage self in order to trace the pr
 ofound relationship between four generations of women and the founding doc
 ument that shaped their lives.\nIf you wish to audition\, but are not avai
